Rockstar was running that development team into the ground apparently. Someone quit and accused them of basically running a sweatshop. About a week ago there was rumor that the game wasn't going to get finished and the game was also a total POS. This was coming from a disgruntled employee though.

I played it for 5 hrs straight today. It plays a lot like GTA but more fluid. It is how ever starting to get a wee bit repetitive.
