daves kid sick?

whats wrong with dave's kid? i heard them talking about it and how health care needs to get fixed cause of the cost so i'm assuming he doesnt just have a cold

His son has a pretty serious problem with the muscles that control/keep the stomach closed...so food isn't kept in the stomach but rather is ejected up the esophagus...that combined with different food allergies means that the kid is constantly vomiting and choking...think about when you eat a big meal and then lay down...Imagine if that food could just fall out of your stomach into your throat...Now imagine you are 7 months old...oof..
On top of that the health insurance from sirius stinks..apparently the xm insurance was great but sirius has him paying like 33% of the total bill...so he's like $40,000 in debt just on hospital bills for his kid in 8 months

So here's an update to this...I think from what i gather dave did a really smart thing in leaving siriusxm....In doing so he lost his health care, his wife doesn't work, and he took a new job at a different radio station that doesn't pay as much...But it seems that he now qualifies for NJ Kidcare...which is the free public assistance health care in NJ. By leaving xm and taking a pay cut he will actually save hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical expenses...He has the money to pay his rent, buy food etc., but won't have to go into insurmountable debt due his kid needing medical care...

Tough, bite the bullet, swallow your pride move..but a very fiscally smart one...

i would like to point out the system badly fucks people over, but if you find a way to take care of your child and actually be able to afford bills, you are a ******. i'm not sure about his child, but as i recall isn't it really sick, not the average kid sick?

Well, you see, sometimes kids are born and then get sick. You can't tell that it's going to happen and you are all set to raise a healthy kid and then the kid turns out to have a serious illness. I know you must know this and your just trying to shit on Dave for whatever reason..He had the means to care for a healthy kid, but not a critically ill child. By your logic you shouldn't be driving a car, eve, because you could cause an accident and get sued and not have the money to pay for the lawsuit you lose.

When you drive a car you have car insurance right? You shouldn't be popping out kids if you can't afford to live before they get there. Yes sometimes kids are born sick or retarded or what have you. But you should be prepared for that any time you get someone pregnant. So by your logic I should expect the car I just bought not to be repossessed because I can't afford my payments and I knew that before I bought the car but bought it any way.

And I'm not shitting on ******* it's cold hard facts. They have kids so they can live in projects for cheep and get bigger checks every month from the state. The more kids u have the bigger the apartment you get bigger check you get sent and less you actually have to pay for rent. Belive me I know at least 100 blacks that do that. One of my best friends mother has done it her whole life. He's got 6 Brothers and hes taken me to the Apt he used to live in his cousins live there now. It's a 5 bedroom aparment with paid cable, electric, water, heat, and a/c his mom paid 78 bucks a month in rent and got over $400 a week in groceries and $500 a week in cash assistance. They all got free health care and she never worked a day in her life. She hit the lotto and moved up here. Funny part is she bought the ticket with the money the state gave her.
